IKEA India hosted the third edition of its annual life-at-home showcase, IKONIC 3.0, at Snowball Studios, Worli, Mumbai, with the theme "The Year of Cooking and Eating." Designed as an immersive experience, the event explored how thoughtful design can transform everyday kitchen routines into moments of connection, creativity, and joy.
The showcase featured six interactive zones representing every stage of the kitchen journey—prepping, cooking, serving, eating, cleaning, and organising. Each space demonstrated smart storage ideas, modular kitchen solutions, and practical layouts tailored to the needs of modern Indian homes, with a strong focus on the growing trend of open-plan kitchens.
IKONIC 3.0 also introduced two new collections: MÄVINN, celebrating handcrafted artisanal pieces and natural textures, and AROMATISK, a vibrant homeware range inspired by Indian dining culture with a Scandinavian touch.
Adding to the experience, IKEA celebrated the 40th anniversary of its iconic Swedish meatballs through interactive food stations and introduced the popular Almondy Cake to the Indian market. Visitors also explored expert design tips, organisation hacks, and collaborative spaces created for interior designers, creators, and IKEA Family members.
Through IKONIC 3.0, IKEA reinforced its vision of creating functional, affordable, and beautifully designed homes, proving that the kitchen is much more than a place to cook—it's the heart of everyday life.
